In this seven day retreat you will feel relaxed, restored and reconnected to yourself. You’ll come away with a toolkit of rituals you can practice in everyday life, bringing the retreat vibes home with you. This retreat is perfect for the yogi or yogini who is looking to establish a daily practice and explore asana, pranayama, chanting and meditation. Every practice will be accessible for every-body, not matter where you are at.

Because we wanted a deeply immersive experience for you, we coordinated yoga, rituals, meals, and free-time to inspire, nourish, and restore. Note there are optional extras available to you.

Vinyasa paired targeted strength and flexibility work to deepen your asana practice and understanding of progressions for your body.
10:30 - 11:30
After your morning practice breakfast will be served. Expect an array of healthy food options catering to all dietary requirements.
11:30 - 16:30
Free time to enjoy the spa, Ubud shopping, some ‘me’ time, or one of our arranged excisions.
16:30 - 18:30
Sunset Yin Yoga and Meditation
Relax into your evening with this restorative practice. Concluding with discussions on the energetics of our subtle body, yogic philosophy and how to live a modern yogic lifestyle.

Enjoy delicious food on-site and have the freedom to explore glorious Ubud with all the shopping and organic delights just a short ride away.

This Ayurvedic therapy involves gently pouring liquids over the forehead and can be one of the steps involved in Panchakarma. The name comes from the Sanskrit words shiro (head) and dhara (flow).
Warm medicated oil for relaxing and nourish massage, it will be tailored to your constitution (Pitta, Vata, Kapha)
Indian Head Massage
A relaxing and stimulating massage of the head and neck including marma points.
A gentle cleanse is given, then rich emollient cream to nourish and rejuvenate the face.
Hot Stone Massage
A deeply relaxing massage using hot stones to sooth and soften the muscles.
A relaxing and calming massage to relieve stress.

Join Emma on a guided tour through this lush, scenic locale known for its mellow hiking trails & sweeping hilltop views.
Holy Water Temple
Arranged with a private guide, visit Pura Tirta Empul (Holy Water Temple). The temple compound consists of a petirtaan or bathing structure, famous for its holy spring water, where Balinese Hindus go to for ritual purification.
Both traditional Indonesian cooking lessons and raw, vegan dishes. Get your apron on and join us for a hands on class followed by a special meal together to enjoy the fruits of your labour.
